1. Final Sale Policy
Due to the handcrafted and unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are considered final. Minor variations in shade or artwork are a hallmark of handmade items and are not considered defects.
2. Replacements for Damaged Goods
We understand that items may occasionally be damaged during transit. Replacements are offered exclusively for goods reported as damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Reporting Window: Issues must be reported to our customer service team within 5 days of delivery.
- Mandatory Evidence: To process a replacement, you must provide an uncut and unedited package opening video. This allows our quality team to verify damage occurred during mishandling or transit.
- Resolution: Once the damage is verified and the original item is received back, we will either send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
- Processing Time: Returns and replacements are typically processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned package.
3. Order Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
- Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- After 12 Hours: Once this period has passed, the order has likely entered processing and cannot be cancelled.
